Trail Marshall is An Appalachian Trail (AT) “Thru Hiker.” Thru Hikers hike over 2,190+ miles from Georgia to Maine (or vise versa), across the Appalachian Mountains and through vast wilderness, carrying everything they need to survive.  With over 6000 miles and counting, Trail Marshall has become one of the more well-known thru hikers in the AT community, spreading love and positivity to the folks he meets along the way, as well as virtually on his Facebook page.
